I have said more than once we have lost nothing by the wait,
the best is yet to come, this is not my opinion this is what
the facts are saying. Here is some great supporting information
to what I have been sharing with everyone and my TEAM for the
past 6 months.
What we share, it is the actual facts we see happening in the
market. Mr. Norris, a 30 year investor, sees the same things
and the facts back it up. This market is being artifically created,
the inventory shortage invented and sooner or later it will
POP!
Lets be ready! Norris does even talk about the back log of homes
(homes people have been living in for 6,10, 12 months or more
without making payments) the lenders have not filed NOD's on.
Nobody knows how many of those there are because there are no
public records until an NOD is filed.. Please enjoy and be ready!
